Eden Heating was delighted to create a bespoke heating solution for a 2025 Unley home, purchased mid-construction by a homeowner with a European preference for underfloor heating. With the slab already in place and the architectural design limiting conventional heating options, underfloor heating was the perfect choice to provide consistent, luxurious warmth throughout the home.

Our team installed hydronic in-slab heating across the living areas, kitchen, and hallway using specialised floor chasing equipment, ensuring precise placement and efficient heat distribution. The bathrooms and ensuites were complemented with in-screed electric heating, providing cozy, inviting floors even in smaller wet areas.

The system is powered and tested by an efficient condensing gas boiler, which not only ensures energy-efficient performance but also keeps the installation cost-effective. Wi-Fi thermostats give the homeowner full control of the temperature from anywhere, so the home is always perfectly warm, whether returning from work, travel, or a weekend away.

The installation was completed within just a few days, seamlessly fitting within the building schedule without any disruption.
